Early Access runs servers in North America (East and West), Europe (Central), Asia (East and South), plus Brazil and Singapore. Your region is now chosen automatically from your location, with clearer labels on the server screen. There's no dedicated Oceania server announced. A pre-load hasn't been announced yet — we'll update this page if XLGAMES opens one.

Not announced
For Early Access your region is picked automatically from your location, and region labels on the server selection screen are clearer.
The demo supported English, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese; the Steam page lists the same four languages for Early Access.
Channels inside a region
Each zone is split into channels of about 100 players. You don’t pick a channel — the game places you — but you can hop to a friend’s channel, and parties stay together. Some channels are Conflict (PvP) channels you choose at a Nui Statue — see how PvP works.
Pre-load
Not announced yet (as of October 30).
For the September network test XLGAMES opened a pre-download on Steam a day ahead, so the same may happen for Early Access.
From the October 29 letter: fewer disconnects and login errors, a visible shader compilation screen instead of a black screen, and dungeon progress that survives a disconnect in every region. We’ll list launch-day problems and fixes here after November 3.
FAQ
Is there an OCE / Australia server?
None has been announced. The new Singapore server is the closest option for Australia and New Zealand.
Can I pre-load ArcheAge Chronicles?
Not announced yet. XLGAMES offered a pre-download before the September network test, so a pre-load is possible — check back on launch week. You'll need 100 GB on an SSD.
Can I play with friends in another region?
XLGAMES hasn't said whether characters can move between regions. Within a region, parties stay together across zones and channels, and you can jump to your party leader's channel.
Where is the Brazil server listed?
During the demo it appeared under the NA category in the server list, although the server itself is in Brazil. For Early Access region labels were made clearer.
Is ArcheAge Chronicles down?
Check the official Discord and X (@ArcheAgeChron) for maintenance notices, and Steam's news feed for the game. We'll add known launch-day issues here once Early Access is live.
